Celebrate this spring with a unique and fully immersive experience to liberate your superpower we call SUPER-VISION.
Join Coach Elder Lily Seto and The Play Alchemist Portia Tung to explore how metaphors offer a powerful way of solving problems creatively in a multitude of contexts. By using symbolic metaphors, we will gain access to another part of our brain which gives us new and unexpected ways of seeing our problems. This approach enables us to tap into the unconscious meaning of the symbols we choose and solve problems in surprising and innovative ways.
This highly engaging and interactive 1-day workshop is made up of two playful parts creatively interwoven together to give you SUPER-SIGHT on a topic or challenge of your choice or a dream you wish to make happen.
In Part 1, we will demonstrate the use of a Metaphor Magic Box, a debrief and a conversation on how to use metaphors effectively. You will get the chance to explore your own topics and to practice peer coaching in pairs with the Magic Box.
In Part 2, we will go on a magic carpet ride to explore the phenomenological qualities of play through Play Alchemy – a mixture of Play Science and Systemic Constellations. You will learn the basics of how to surface the hidden dynamics of a system and identify ways to improve flow in service of the system as a whole using an embodied approach to problem solving.

Your Instructors
Lily Seto, MA, CEC, PCC, ESIA is a Certified Executive and Leadership Coach (PCC), as well as a Certified Mentor Coach and holds a Diploma in Coaching Super-vision. She uses creative tools that challenge her global clients to think in different ways.
Portia Tung is The Play Alchemist, Executive Leadership Coach and Agile Coach. She brings to life the Chinese definition of “business” which translates to “Meaning of Life” by reconnecting visionary leaders and their organisations with their greatest individual and collective superpower – that of True Play.
