Who is this course for?
This course is open to curious and visionary leaders, managers, facilitators, trainers, coaches, Agile coaches and creative problem-solvers who wish to be at their best by reconnecting with their playful selves.
Reconnecting You With Your Greatest Superpower
This training offers a multitude of ways to experience the practical application of core Play theories and models in personal and group transformation. After completing this experiential training, participants will have developed a foundational understanding of the function, practice and benefits of lifelong play in human development and be well-equipped to apply them in their daily interactions – and not just at work but across a variety of contexts.
What will be included?
- Play Intelligence – Developing a practical appreciation of the different kinds of intelligences play offers
- Function and benefits of play in human development as well as consequences of play deficiency
- A personalised Play Profile and introduction to the Play Quotient Index (PQI)
- Exercises to surface and resolve our individual blocks to play and Playful Leadership
- Ways of tapping into the gifts past and present play offer us now as adults

A profound and highly resourcing mashup of fun exercises, playful teaching and mind-body experiences as evolution intended play to be.
What does this course cost?
Individually funded – You are paying as a private individual, self-employed or freelance £750 (+VAT)
Sponsored – You are attending as an internal facilitator, manager, leader or expert funded by a substantial business £1,200 (+VAT)
Bookings
You are welcome to reserve a place via our Application Form. Following submission of your application, you will have the option to pay a deposit of £150 (+VAT) or the full course fee. This secures your place as we fill all trainings on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
