Who is this course for?
This course is open to experienced leaders, managers and change catalysts who thrive on tapping human potential at an individual and collective level in order to enable their system to change for the better.
Systemic Intervention in Complex and Chaotic Systems
This training explores ways of enabling organisations to thrive when we understand the relationships and patterns of interaction within a system using an approach known as Systemic Constellations. After completing this experiential training, participants will have a deeper appreciation of what enables systemic flourishing and be able to identify ways to tap into a system’s potential so that it can flow and flourish.
Participants who embrace the inherently playful process of transformation delight in the mind-opening and perspective-altering effects when they reconnect with their instincts and intuition. The game-changing insights and subsequent tangible results speak for themselves.
What will be included?
- Play Tectonics – Intuiting where systemic blocks exist and ways to release potential amidst seemingly permanent stuckness
- Function of resistance and its purpose in broader transformational change
- Exploration of your role and place as a Novice Systemic Navigator
- Bobul Mechanics – process of individual & group transformation
- Exercises making visible hidden entanglements and steps towards better

A kaleidoscopic learning experience which offers opportunities to explore the challenges you face and the wishes you hope for through solo, small group and whole group activities.
What does this course cost?
Individually funded – You are paying as a private individual, self-employed or freelance £750 (+VAT)
Sponsored – You are attending as an internal facilitator, manager, leader or expert funded by a substantial business £1,200 (+VAT)

You are welcome to reserve a place via our Application Form. Following submission of your application, you will have the option to pay a deposit of £150 (+VAT) or the full course fee. This secures your place as we fill all trainings on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
