Confidentiality: By participating, you agree to treat information presented by group members as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration more than 90 days before the course, you will receive a 100% refund, less a £50 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 90 days before the start date of the event. In all cases, we will try to find a replacement. If successful, we may provide a goodwill refund at our sole discretion. In all cases, you may cancel your registration within 14 days of purchase for a full refund subject to the terms above.
If you need to transfer your registration, you will need to inform The School of Play by email at least 20 days in advance to the start date of the course.
Change of Dates: The organiser reserves the right to change the dates of the course up to 4 weeks prior to the course. We recommend choosing fully flexible and fully refundable options when it comes to booking accommodation and travel.
Participate at Your Own Risk: The School of Play, the organisers and providers offer experiential process work, teaching, mentoring, and coaching related to personal and professional development. These Services do not constitute medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. They are not intended to prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition or to replace a medical or a psychotherapeutic therapy. You agree to receive these services at your own risk.
By attending, you expressly agree to hold The School of Play, the organisers, and providers for this event harmless from all liability or any claim for any shortcomings, adverse effects, injuries, damages, or harm of any kind that may arise out of your participation.
