Training in Individual & Collective Flourishing with Constellations

What is it?

Systemic Constellations is an embodied approach for visualising and resolving limiting dynamics in groups, teams and organisations.

What will be included?

  • Introduction to working with groups and teams as living systems
  • Introduction to the facilitator’s stance, organising principles and embodied practices
  • Practical application of constellations in one-to-one and team coaching
  • Understanding of own systemic resources, loyalties and blocks
  • Understanding of intervention effectiveness based on a system’s potential for growth

Who is this course for?

Experienced or recently trained coaches who wish to broaden their awareness of system dynamics including deepening their understanding of their personal system and its impact on the way they coach.

Your facilitator

This course is taught by trained professional coach and constellations facilitator Portia Tung. Portia is trained as a Practitioner of Systemic Coaching and Constellations with John Whittington and in Organisational Constellations with Jan Jacob Stam as well as Family Constellations with Lynn Stoney. She is also trained in working with a wider systemic lens to include Alchemical Constellations with Dan Booth Cohen, Generational Alchemy with Emily Blefeld and Five Elements Constellations with Emerson Bastos.

What does it cost?

Fees for this training are as follows:

  • Individually funded – You are paying as private individual, self-employed or freelance coach: £1,750
  • Sponsored – You are attending as an in-house coach, facilitator, behavioural change or organisation consultant funded by a substantial business: £2,500

Continuing Professional Development

Participating in this training will provide a participant with a Certificate in The Secret Life of Systems – Fundamentals, together with 20 hours of CPD (18 hours of online classroom training + 2 hours personal practice).
